It was with great pleasure for  Alvaro Castagnet to receive  the " Bud & Gretchen Marble Medal,  award, by American Watercolor Society, in New York

This is the third mayor award Alvaro has received from the American Watercolor Society.

In April, 2007 He was elected as a  full Member, making him the first Uruguayan to receive this accolade.

April has been a busy month for Castagnet, as he was awarded with the

"Bronze Award" , Camberwell Art Show, claimed to be the biggest art show in  Australia.

Alvaro will be opening his own exhibition at BRYANT GALLERIES, Jackson Mississippi during that week, You are all welcome!

Another great event for Alvaro will be the opening of his solo exhibition on DECEMBER 7th, 2007 at 6PM
